We are looking for an experienced personnel (preferably MBA) who can handle our software support (major) and can evolve in the role of Business Analyst (minor).

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide software support to field operations team

Act as an system administrator to maintain & support different customer systems

Generate & prepare reports from our software for customer and management

Provide software training to new employees

Review content (test/questions/e-learning) prepared by data entry teams

Cold calling to potential customers

Research over Internet about new customers/leads

Provide chat support on our online platform

Respond to queries on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)


Excellent verbal and written communication (English proficiency)

Ability to learn new system/software quickly

MBA degree preferred

Must have been in the similar role for more than 2 years (minimum)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook or similar email software)
